In life, as in my developing therapy practice; self discovery plays a central role. It is my delight to support and nourish the pursuit of self, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. I look forward to meeting each client at any phase of their unique journey through life, whatever their ethnicity, gender, sexuality or age. I focus on the relationship between therapist and client, endeavoring to provide a safe and welcoming space within which to explore the issues facing each person.
I bring a particular maturity to the therapy room provided by a wealth of life experience. I am particularly good at supporting the “supporters” among us, those who find themselves in service to the well being of others.
I believe everyone needs a therapist. In other words; I believe that each of us carries burdens for which we need just a little extra support. We need an opportunity to step away from our daily round and come into the presence of a neutral and nonjudging party on a regular basis. I’d like to be that presence for you.
Whatever you might be struggling with; grief, addiction, sexual issues, transition of any kind, high stress, relational issues, the existential questions of life, etc. You can email me through this web site to make an appointment for a therapy session. You can also find me on Psychology Today, Google Business and The International Therapist Directory.
